New bagging system for zinc sulfate

In March, we implemented a new bagging system for our 25 kg bags of zinc sulfate. This investment marks an important step into the future of our production processes and ensures that we can continue to offer you products of the highest quality and reliability.
The changes at a glance:
Previous packaging:
25 kg PE flat bags, sewn shut
Dimensions: approx. WxDxL 400x90x635
Packed on CP1 pallets of 1,250 kg each

Future packaging:
25 kg PE tubular film bags, welded
Dimensions: approx. WxDxL 430x100x670
Packed on CP1 pallets of 1,250 kg each

What are the advantages of the new bagging system?
• Increased supply security: the fully automatic bagging system ensures a constant and reliable supply of our zinc sulfate.
• High-quality materials: the product-carrying parts of the bagging system are made of stainless steel, which guarantees high quality.
• Improved handling: thanks to the new system, we can offer you the zinc sulfate in dimensionally stable and welded bags, which enable improved handling and storage.
• Environmentally friendly marking specifications: the marking specifications are applied to the side gusset of the bags by means of an inkjet printer using the hot melt technology process. The inks used are solvent-free and thus environmentally friendly.
• State-of-the-art technology in terms of safety and occupational health and safety.
