Soldering / Brazing products

We are the only supplier offering special zinc soldering products – GRILLO ZNAL 22, GRILLO ZNAL 4 and ZNAL 2. The solder is suitable for joining aluminium in heat exchangers and cooling systems in cars, as zinc requires lower temperatures in the soldering process. For this purpose, a thin cored wire is made from the zinc strip, which is only approx. 0.2mm to 0.4mm thick and has a width of at least 4mm.

Compared to other soldering products, zinc requires lower temperatures during the soldering process, which simplifies the process and has less influence to the base material.

Comfortable soldering process
The ZnAl alloy enables a comfortable soldering process due to the different melting point when brazing aluminium materials.
