What makes us different
Our compliance guideline
GRILLO-Werke AG and its subsidiaries are committed to lawful conduct, fair competition and high ethical standards. We have established a policy on lawful conduct for our employees worldwide that focuses on the avoidance of antitrust violations, corruption and conflicts of interest. Managers and operational staff receive regular training. In addition, we take our responsibility in the supply chain seriously and have introduced a Supplier’s Code of Conduct. This clearly defines our expectations of business partners from whom we procure supplies or services. All our suppliers and business partners are committed to complying with this code, which is a significant contribution to sustainable practices in the supply chain.
Our commitment
The commitment of GRILLO-Werke AG goes far beyond production. We see it as our responsibility to stand up for our employees as well as for society.
We regularly organise events for our employees and promote their health through vitality and health days. At the same time, we invest in their training and further education to constantly expand their professional skills.
Furthermore, our commitment does not end at the gates of our production sites. We actively engage with the wider community, run fundraising events and participate in educational initiatives.
Commitment is not just a buzzword for GRILLO, but a fundamental part of our corporate philosophy.
