Changes to the corporate structure as of July 1, 2024

We are changing our corporate structure. From July 1, 2024, the operating divisions will be transformed into independent companies in order to continue to position GRILLO sustainably and efficiently for the future.

In the course of these changes, our Chemicals, Metals and Energy Solutions divisions will operate as independent subsidiaries of GRILLO-Werke AG in future. These new companies will operate under the following names:
GRILLO Chemicals GmbH
GRILLO Zinc Metals GmbH
GRILLO Zinc Powder GmbH (formerly GRILLO Zinkoxid GmbH)

All companies will remain wholly owned subsidiaries of GRILLO-Werke AG.
The employees from the former divisions will be transferred to the respective companies.

What does this mean for our customers and suppliers?

We will continue to offer high-quality products and excellent service as usual – now even more focussed on our core business.

This restructuring will not result in any lasting changes for you, as all contracts and agreements concluded with you will be transferred to the new companies and will continue unchanged.

There will also be no changes regarding your personal contacts.
