Thermal spraying under harsh conditions
As part of the exchange of experience on thermal spraying organized by the SLV Duisburg and the Fraunhofer Institute for Large Structures in Production Technology (Fh IGP), two colleagues were on site in Rostock.
Over the last two days, our colleagues Frank Prenger and Stefan Hof took part in an exchange of experience on thermal spraying in Rostock. The training event was aimed at all users of thermal spraying as well as all potential interested parties. The event’s program consisted of a detailed overview of current topics from research, industry and services, a portfolio of international presentations on relevant topics by renowned experts and a tour of the institute. As part of the event, we were also able to give a presentation on the subject of corrosion protection of large steel structures using thermal spraying.
