Duisburg, 31.03.2025, 19:45: GRILLO Chemicals GmbH hereby declares a force majeure event affecting the delivery and contracts of the following products:
– Sulphuric acid,
– oleum,
– Sulphur trioxide,
– sodium bisulphate,
– hydrochloric acid,
– dimethyl sulphate,
– sodium bisulphite,
– sodium pyrosulphite

Due to damage in the sulphuric acid production area, the plant had to be completely shut down and shut down on 30.03.2025, around 22:45, so that we are no longer able to continue to supply you with the above products until further notice. With immediate effect, we must stop supplying the above products and will not accept any further orders.

We deeply regret the resulting inconvenience and inconvenience.

At this point in time, we are not yet able to make a forecast regarding the duration of the force majeure event. We will make every effort to end the duration of the force majeure event as soon as possible and to limit its effects as far as possible. We will keep you informed of the progress of the event.
