Personnel changes on the Supervisory Board of GRILLO-Werke AG
As part of the Annual General Meeting on 16 April 2026, there was a personnel change in the Supervisory Board of GRILLO-Werke AG.
Mr Hanno Wentzler has stepped down from the Supervisory Board. Mr Tobias Hoffmann-Becking, Managing Director, has been newly elected to the Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board is thus composed as follows:
- Dr. Heike Hanagarth (Chairwoman)
- Dr. Peter Müller-Peddinghaus (Deputy Chairman)
- Dr. Georg Geier (Managing Director)
- Tobias Hoffmann-Becking (Managing Director)
- Andreas Storhas (Employee representatives)
