The whistleblower system within the Grillo group
Compliance with laws and internal company guidelines as well as correct behaviour in accordance with the rules has highest priority for the Grillo group. The success of our company is based on integrity and compliance. In order for us to live up to this claim, we must be made aware of potential misconduct and put a stop to it. Our whistleblower system offers the possibility of reporting potential breaches of rules by employees, but also by suppliers and customers.
We check all tip-offs and investigate them systematically. An essential keystone of the whistleblower system is the principle of a fair process. In addition, we guarantee the greatest possible protection for whistleblowers, the people concerned and those involved in clarifying the information.
Whistleblowers are assured that the information will be treated with absolute confidentiality. Only one person has access to such information and that is the Compliance Officer. Accordingly, the Compliance Officer has signed a confidentiality agreement based on the Data Protection Act so that the issues can be discussed openly with him. Even if you disclose your name, the Compliance Officer is bound to secrecy towards superiors and the Executive Board. The presumption of innocence applies to those concerned until the infringement has been proven. Investigations will be conducted with the utmost confidentiality. The information will be processed in a fair, speedy and secure process.
