Grillo-Werke AG has developed the ZAMAK® Ultra series for perfect casting. With the addition of titanium, a much finer grain size can be achieved. This improves not only the possibilities of surface finishing but also wear resistance. Castings with normal to large wall thickness benefit most from this advantage.

Application
ZAMAK® Ultra is the patented development of the standard zinc die-casting alloys according to DIN EN 1774.
Product range
The ZAMAK® Ultra alloys are available in all conventional standard compositions. Non-normed special alloys are available on request.
