Our focus is on the manufacture and the international sales of inorganic sulphur and zinc chemicals. We also operate the most modern dimethyl ether plant in Europe. Our variety of product specifications ranges from technical quality to ultra-pure pharmaceutical quality. The main areas of application extend from the chemical industry to the manufacture of fibre and cellulose, and from the feed and foodstuff industries to pharmaceutical applications.

SULPHURIC ACID, SULPHUR DIOXIDE AND RECYCLING

The Sulphuric Acid, Sulphur Dioxide and Recycling Business Unit operates a sulphuric acid plant at the Industrial Park Höchst in Frankfurt for the manufacture of liquid sulphur trioxide, oleum, as well as 96% and 98% sulphuric acid and at the site in Duisburg it recycles sulphuric acids for the production and marketing of sulphur dioxide.

SULPHATES UND SULPHITES+ ZUSATZ ZEILENTEXTEN

The Sulphates and Sulphites Business Unit is responsible for the production and marketing of zinc sulphate at the Duisburg site, as well as that of dimethyl sulphate (DMS), dimethyl ether (DME), sodium bisulphate, sodium bisulphite and sodium pyrosulphite at the Industrial Park Höchst in Frankfurt.
