Personnel changes on the Supervisory Board of GRILLO-Werke AG
The composition of the Supervisory Board of GRILLO-Werke AG has changed with effect from January 22, 2025.
Mr. Bruno Weber resigned from the Supervisory Board with effect from 22 January 2025. Dr. Heike Hanagarth was elected as the new Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board. Dr. Georg Geier was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Chairman.
The Supervisory Board is thus composed as follows:
- Dr. Heike Hanagarth (Chairwoman)
- Dr. Georg Geier (Deputy Chairman)
- Jörg Düttchen (employee representative)
- Bianca Spelleken (employee representative)
- Hanno D. Wentzler
