Our high-quality zinc oxides for the personal care sector are produced exclusively from special high-grade zinc (SHG zinc). The manufacturing process – the indirect process – is carried out in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (EU GMP Guidelines Part II). Therefore, GRILLO zinc oxide is particularly suitable for use as an excipient in the cosmetic industry and is used, among other things, in skincare products and baby care products.

Zinc oxide for cosmetics

Zinc oxide cosmetics is a high-purity pigment manufactured in accordance with the EU GMP Directive Part II. It is ideal for a variety of applications such as deodorant, foot powder and eye shadow. Our zinc oxide is also suitable for babies’ sensitive skin and offers gentle care without harmful additives.

Certificates such as Halal, Kosher, ECOCERT, COSMOS and Natrue complement the wide range of possible applications for our zinc oxide.

Our high-quality zinc oxide for the cosmetics industry is an inorganic substance with drying, astringent, skin-protecting, wound-healing and slightly antiseptic properties. It is often used in ointments, mixtures and wound healing products and can also be firmly combined with other active ingredients.
