ZAMAK® Ultra:
for perfect casting
ZAMAK® Ultra is the patented further development of the established high-purity zinc alloys according to the standard DIN EN 1774 for use in die casting applications. The addition of special elements leads to a noticeable grain refinement and improves the coating properties as well as the wear resistance. The grain refinement is particularly effective for components with normal to large wall thickness.
