ZAMAK® special alloys

Textile & fibre industry

ZAMAK® special alloys are used in the textile industry, for example to produce textile machine components such as hooks and needles.

Foundry & casting industry

The ZAMAK® special alloys are used e.g. for centrifugal casting or wire socket casting.

Consumer & household goods

ZAMAK® special alloys are widely used in the manufacture of consumer and household goods such as toys, jewellery and household appliances.

Metal processing

Our special alloys are used in particular in tool and mould making for the production of injection moulds or die casting moulds for the production of components.

Our product range

In addition to various special alloys, our product range also includes zinc alloys with higher aluminium content (ZL8, ZL12 and ZL27).
