The application process

Details of the application process

We receive your application
You send us your application via our website.
Confirmation of receipt will be sent

We will confirm receipt of your application with a short confirmation of receipt.

First review of the documents

Our HR department will carry out an initial review of the documents. As soon as the initial screening has been completed, the selected application documents are forwarded to the relevant department.

Pre-selection by the respective division manager & invitation to a personal interview after consultation

The department reviews the documents a second time and selects the most suitable applicants on the basis of the documents. The specialist department will then contact our HR department and arrange an appointment with you for a personal interview.

Final selection of applicants
After the interview, a final decision is made as to which applicant we will select for the position. Especially when we have several applicants for a position, all interviews are conducted before the final evaluation in order to give everyone an equal chance.
Finalizing your contract

As soon as we have decided on YOU, YOU will be informed by e-mail or telephone. Our HR department will then draw up your contract with the agreed conditions.

Signature of the contract and start of work
Once your contract has been finalized, we will inform you that your contract is ready for signature. Once you have signed it, we will discuss with you what YOUR first working day in the department will look like.
