What exactly does the cooperation mean for me?

For you as a customer, many things will remain the same as you are used to – and some things will even get better:

  • Your personal contacts in sales will remain the same.
  • Delivery capability and service quality remain at the usual high level.
  • Bundling production capacities into a joint product
  • ZAMAK is produced in a slightly modified form, but the processing and functionality remain the same.

You also benefit from the product’s reduced environmental footprint thanks to optimized processes and shared resources.

Will the quality of ZAMAK ingots change?

No. Quite the contrary: quality remains at the usual high level, as both companies contribute their respective strengths and expertise to product development.
The aim of the cooperation is to combine the best of both worlds—for an even more stable, sustainable product.

Why does the shape of the product change?

The slightly modified shape is the result of joint optimizations in production and logistics. It has no impact on the functionality or workmanship of the product.

Will ZAMAK become more expensive?

No. The price will remain within the current range. The collaboration will enable synergies to be exploited and cost structures to be kept stable in the long term.

What does “reduced ecological footprint” mean in concrete terms?

Among other things, the cooperation will:

  • Transport routes reduced
  • More efficient use of material resources
  • Making production processes more sustainable

Are there new contact persons or a new order processing system?

No. Your existing contacts in the areas of service, sales, and technology will continue to be available to you. Orders and processes run as usual.

When does the cooperation begin and how long does it last?

The cooperation will begin on January 1, 2026, and is intended to be long-term. Both companies are pursuing a strategic partnership to jointly develop ZAMAK in a sustainable and innovative manner.
