Staff meeting accompanied by kale stew and the scent of pine needles

Last Friday, our company headquarters in Duisburg was transformed into a festively decorated meeting place. The occasion was this year’s staff meeting, which took place in a very special atmosphere.

Instead of the usual surroundings, our employees were greeted by festively decorated Christmas trees, the delicious aroma of kale and a hint of Christmas music. However, important topics were also addressed in this atmospheric setting: The Executive Board & Co. provided comprehensive information on current developments in business performance and emphasised the importance of occupational safety, which will continue to play a central role in the coming year.

But that wasn’t all – the informative presentations were followed by a hearty meal and the opportunity to exchange ideas. Colleagues took the opportunity to talk to each other in a relaxed atmosphere and look back on the year together.
