GRILLO Health Day 2024
Due to the very good response to the Health Days already held, the Health Day for our employees was held again last week in Duisburg, following on from a separate Health Day specifically for all our trainees.
We attach great importance to the health of our employees, which is why we regularly organize and offer a health day. The Health Day offers important measures for understanding health, nutrition, exercise and much more. We aim to raise awareness of health issues and healthy lifestyles, including in the context of the workplace, and to emphasize the importance of health. The Health Day consisted of various lectures and workshops, a fitness check, nutritional advice and tips for a healthy back.
Last month, there was also a separate health day for trainees from all apprenticeship years on the topic of consumer competence and addiction prevention. This gave them the chance to take part in a variety of workshops and activities followed by reflection, which provided them with valuable tips and tricks relating to their own well-being and health.
We would like to thank all employees and trainees for their participation and interest. We are already looking forward to the next GRILLO Health Day with new and exciting topics and presentations.
