Due to the current spread of the new coronavirus (COVID-19), Grillo-Werke AG is actively implementing a risk minimization concept to ensure that our customers continue to receive the service and supply they are accustomed to.

We will refrain from business trips and personal visits until further notice in order to minimize the risk of a potential infection. With immediate effect, we will maintain contact with our business partners by telephone and electronic means of communication.

Currently no training courses or tours of the factory are taking place.

In order to ensure the efficiency of the sales support team, working from home has been intensified. Furthermore, regular virtual team meetings enable us to maintain effective cooperation. Your contact persons can still be reached in the same way as before the crisis.

Our ability to deliver is currently not affected in any way and the supply chains are working well. Should the situation change, we will inform you immediately.

Sample orders and other internet services are still available. However, please understand that due to the current situation delays may occur.
