PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Since establishing its main plant in the north of Duisburg, Grillo has established a number of company apartments, which were later transferred into the ownership of Grillo Immobilienverwaltung GmbH & Co. KG. Today, the company owns over 150 apartments, which are mainly inhabited by Grillo employees and their families.

The apartments and properties are administered by a team of employees possessing a high degree of commercial, technical and legal competence. This team is also available to assist group companies with all their questions regarding property – particularly with regard to letting, construction, planning and pollution control laws.

Grillo Immobilienverwaltung is also responsible for site supervision in internal construction projects.
