Efficient and modern production technologies, which allow for the use of a wide palette of raw materials, are necessary for a varied product range. Thus, at Grillo Zinkoxid GmbH, both the indirect (French) process and the direct (American) process are used.
Purchase of raw materials
1) Hard zinc
Hard zinc with a minimum zinc content of 92%, in regular ingots or jumbo blocks, resonant, ash- and powder-free, unburned products, free of residues from the Sendzimir procedure, tolerance of 5% for fragments
2) Zinc top dross
Zinc top dross with a minimum zinc content of 95%, in regular ingots or jumbo blocks, resonant, ash- and powder-free, unburned products, tolerance of 5% for fragments
3) Zinc bottom dross
Zinc bottom dross with a minimum zinc content of 92%, in regular ingots or jumbo blocks, resonant, ash- and powder-free, unburned products, tolerance of 5% for fragments
4) Fine zinc ash
Fine zinc ash and residues, purchase according to analysis, sample or agreement
