Electronics industry

Tin-zinc wires are used primarily by the capacitor industry to metallise the front surfaces of film or paper capacitors or for sputter targets.

Our product range

Our standard production programme includes the SnZn alloys SnZn9, SnZn20, SnZn30, SnZn40, SnZn50, SnCu3 and SnZn7Cu3 (Eco-Babbit).
Other special alloys and dimensions will be manufactured according to customer specifications.

GRILLO SnZn alloy wires are available in diameters of 2.00mm – 4.76mm as standard.

Packaging units:

• Continuous wire in fibre drums (with inner cylinder)
• Continuous wire in metal drums (with inner cylinder)
• Coils (SD 300 or SH 390)
• Rings in PE-film
